ORDER
This Writ Petition had been filed to direct respondents 2 and 3 to instruct the 5th respondent to extend the waiver benefits to the petitioner as per G.O.Ms.No. 40 dated 16.03.2015 of the Housing And Urban Development (HCS-1) Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the circular in Na.Ka.No. 13632/2013- 2014/ Ka.Pa.Pi dated 25.03.2015 of the 2nd respondent and to receive the OTS amount of Rs. 8,69,74.67 (Rupees Eight Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Seven and Sixty Seven Paise Only) and consequently direct the 5th respondent to close the Loan Amount EPL No. 129 and to return the title deeds to the petitioner.
2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.11.2025, Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for 5th respondent report that the petitioner has complied with the requirements of Clause Nos.1, 2, and 3 on 17.11.2025. The amount having been paid, the title deeds of the petitioner have also been returned. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
