By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that out of 40 Acres of land in Survey No.163, Angonddapalli, Ward No.68, Hosur, his grandfather Nagi Chetty owned 20 Acres and one Balappa owned 20 Acres and his grandfather has sold 18.84 Acres of lands by means of four registered sale deeds bearing Document Nos.651 to 654 of 1960, and the remaining 1.16 Acres were in peaceful possession and enjoyment of his family and all the revenue records stood in the name of his grandfather, in respect of the said extent of land.

3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that subsequently in violation of rules and at the instance of the 4th respondent, the name of his grandfather has been removed from the Patta and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 05.06.2014 to the respondents and though, the office of the 3rd respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry on 12.01.2015 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordingly, the petitioner has also appeared and made his representation, no orders came to be passed thereafter and hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

5. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 05.06.2014, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after taking note of his summons in Na.Ka.No.9049/2014/C4 dated 18.12.2014 and also putting on notice, the 4th respondent and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent.

6. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
