ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.1070 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Puducherry, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1070 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 is relaxed.
