Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records and revoke the impugned Letter Memo Mu.Mu.773/2017/A3 dated 17.04.2017 and quash the same.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 17.04.2017, wherein and whereby, her request for grant of separate Patta was rejected by the 3rd respondent.

3. Needless to say that, if the petitioner is aggrieved against such order, she has to file an appeal before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer, being the Appellate Authority. Without doing so, the present writ petition is filed, that too, challenging the order dated 17.04.2017, cannot be entertained.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned Appellate Authority, by explaining the delay as well. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
