This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.507 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid condition from 03.02.2025; and that the investigation is pending.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.507 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025.
