O R D E R

W.M.P.No.11053 of 2026 filed seeking permission to the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered on payment of separate court fee.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty for the petitioners to approach the Civil Court with regard to apportionment of the compensation payable to the petitioners for the acquired lands. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed in this Writ Petition against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court in this Writ Petition.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the Civil Court for apportionment of compensation. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
