The writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo dated 04.01.2016.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner now restricts the prayer by stating that the enquiry has already been concluded and the enquiry officer has submitted his report on 26.05.2016 itself. Thus, it is suffice to give a direction to the respondents concerned to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to conclude enquiry proceedings in all respects and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
