The petitioner herein, was arrested on 22.01.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 123 of BNS and Section 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1) & 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.28 of 2025, seeks bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that bail has been granted to the petitioner by the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1483 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025.
