This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decreetal order dated 22.12.2010 in I.A.No.1877/2009 in O.S.No.1126 of 2009 passed by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
