Today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, placing on record, letter in Na.Ka.No.459/2015/F/e/(2), dated 07.10.2015, submitted that the request made by the petitioner, in his representation, dated 15.06.2015, to conduct an enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, is accepted and the enquiry is going on.

Perusal of the letter, dated 07.10.2015, shows that enquiry under Section 81 of the abovesaid Act, is proceeding. Hence, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition and the same stands closed.
