O R D E R

Living in a pathetic condition, the petitioner is before this Court seeking direction under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders, after due opportunity to the petitioner and any of the interested parties. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
