This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition was disposed of by this Court by order dated 17.06.2022. Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an error had crept in, in Paragraph No.8 (i) in the order dated 17.06.2022, wherein it has been wrongly typed as, "The learned Judicial Magistrate Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District" instead of "The Superintendent, Sub Jail, Tirupur". Thus, he would request that the said portion of the order may be corrected and copies may be issued accordingly.

3.Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in Paragraph No.8 (i) of the order dated 17.06.2022, the words "The learned Judicial Magistrate Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District" is ordered to be deleted and substituted with the words of "The Superintendent, Sub Jail, Tirupur". In all other respects, the order dated

17.06.2022 remain unaltered. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the said order and issue fresh copy to the counsel for the petitioner.
