This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 23.08.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcating the boundaries. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and based on the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 23.08.2024 and conduct a survey in the subject property based on the title document / revenue records that is relied upon by the petitioner and demarcate the boundaries. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claimants, such survey can be conducted in their presence.

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
