C.M.P.Nos.8153, 7963 & 8163 of 2023 in S.A.No.1442 of 2011 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J., I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition in C.M.P.No.8153 of 2023 and the delay of 2109 days in filing the petition seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant - C.Dakshinamoorthy is condoned. Consequently, abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is set aside and his legal representatives are brought on record as appellants 2 to 6. These miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
