O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order and decree dated 19.10.2010 made in E.A.No.53 of 2006 in E.A.No.424 of 2005 in RCOP No.1 of 2005 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Vellore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire proceedings was terminated in E.A.No.53 of 2006 in E.A.No.425 of 2005 in RCOP No.1 of 2005 and the respondent has already taken possession from the petitioner and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
