C.M.P.No.7027 of 2023 in S.A.No.1442 of 2011 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay in re-presentation of 1549 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the Appellant, C.Dakshinamoorthy in S.A.No.1442 of 2011.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this Petition and accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. Office is directed to number the C.M.P and post the matter tomorrow (i.e., on 06.04.2023).

4. Office is also directed to delete the name of Mr.G.Rajan, R.Rajarajan and Mr.K.Gurusamy Raja as learned counsels for the Appellants.
