This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in preferring the instant petition against the Award passed by the 2nd respondent/ Arbitrator and District Collector, Chennai made in R.S.No.J17/15681/2011/Arbitration dated 21.11.2022. 2.Mr.Suresh, learned counsel for M/s.Shivakumar & Suresh, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the above application.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same an also the fact that the respondents 1 and 2 do not have any objection in allowing the present application, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to number the Arbitration O.P if it is otherwise in order and list the case on 27.06.2023.
