PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st and 2nd respondents comprised in TM No.595393 and quash the hearing notice dated 24.02.2025 scheduling the hearing of TM-P dated 20.07.2021 for 17.03.2025; and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take up the hearing in TM-P dated 20.07.2021 after the conclusion of Arbitration proceedings under Arb.O.P.(Comm.Div.) By this writ petition, the petitioner inter alia impugns the hearing notice dated 24.02.2025 for a hearing on 17.03.2025 in TM-P application dated 20.07.2021. Since such hearing took place yesterday and orders were reserved, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

2. Therefore, W.P.(IPD)/15/2025 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.
