(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 25/10/2017 made by this Court in W.A.No.812 of 2017.

2. Heard Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader 2/4

for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

4. In view of the above, Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application Nos.677 and 678 of 2018 are closed.
