Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned letter dated 18.12.2015 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to consider the application for Education loan of the petitioner submitted to 1st respondent acknowledged in Reference No.OLEL:CO:RBD:10831:2015-2016 dated 27.10.2015 for the entire Tuition fee for 2 years course of Rs. 3,83,000/- for completion of his MBA (LSM) approved recognized course in the VELS University, a recognized, within the reasonable time fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

The order impugned dated 18.12.2015 reveals that the petitioner submitted an application for the Educational Loan of Rs.3.83 Lakhs to pursue MBA course at Vels University. The respondent bank informed that as per the Scheme, the eligible tuition fees for the course is Rs.72,000 only and therefore, the bank requested the petitioner to produce the source for the remaining sum i.e. Rs.3.11 Lakhs in order to enable them to proceed further.

2. The petitioner is under the challenge of the year 2015. Now, nearly five and half years lapsed and the course itself has expired. Hence, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has lost its relevance. If any other grievance exits for the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law.

3. With this observation, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
