This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 149 days in representing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 22.01.2022 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.50 of 2020 on the file of the Special District Court, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal -I, Thiruvallur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
