Earlier this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7070 of 2024 by order dated 16.07.2024 and directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.239 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also to report before the respondent police on every Thursday and Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for three months.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the accused has not complied with the aforesaid conditions.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since the petitioner has not complied with the aforesaid conditions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
