O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2014 and to pay all back wages and other attendant benefits from the period from 15.02.2006 to till the date of reinstatement on 12.04.2008.

2. The petitioner was removed from service on 15.02.2006 and thereafter, he was reinstated into service from 12.04.2008 by order of the 1st respondent. The representation dated 05.03.2014 given by the petitioner in this regard, has not been considered by the 2nd respondent and therefore, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The representation dated 05.03.2014 given by the petitioner has to be considered by the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the representation is not available with the second respondent, the petitioner can give a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and thereafter, four weeks time is granted to consider the same and pass orders by the 2nd respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
