( CRIME NO.7/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police on Every Tuesday at 10.30am by order dated 03.02.2022 in Crl.OP.2281/2022 in Crime No.7/2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B1 North Police Station, Chennai. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.K.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.

According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order dated 03.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2281 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Tuesday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
