ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in crime number 325 of 2024 on the file of the respondent to any other competent authority.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner's husband, while he was working as Security guard in an IT company named as TIS situated at Block A, 6th Floor, Unit No.601, Featherlite, 200 feet road, Zamin Pallavaram, Chennai-600 044, on 30.10.2024, died in a suspicious manner. On the complaint, FIR has been registered by the respondent in Crime No.325 of 2024 under Section 194 of BNSS.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that while the petitioner's husband was working as a Security Guard in IT Company, he suffered with cardiac arrest and died. He also produced the postmortem certificate stating that he died due to cardiac arrest. No external injuries found on the body of the petitioner's husband. Now, it is pending for viscera report by chemical analysis.

5. Therefore, at this juncture, if the investigation is transferred to any other investigation agency, it would affect the entire investigation already done by the respondent. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.325 of 2024 and file a final report, within a period of

twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
