Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Goverenment Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a case in Crime No.92 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC altered into Section 304-A of IPC has been registered by the respondent police on the complaint of the de-facto complainant and the offence alleged against the petitioner is bailable in nature.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court seeking bail.
