The petitioner claims to be an Ex-serviceman and claims to be in possession of land admeasuring to an extent of 4 cents adjacent to the land in Survey No.190, Nellorepet Village, Gudiyatham Taluk and submitted a representation for issuing the patta to the extent of 4 cents in the said survey property and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Digvijayapandian, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for respondents.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2015 in accordance with law, after putting the concerned persons on notice and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the concerned persons.
