..Respondent(s) Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to return back the 61 cents of residential land gifted by the petitioners father, comprised in Survey No.174/3,situated at Kaduvancheri Village,Sriperumbudur Taluk,Kanchipuram District,registered at the Office of the Sub Registrar,Sriperumbudur vide Document No.1759/1967 on 21.12.1993 by the petitioners late father Inniah Naidu,S/o.Late Anthiah Naidu to the petitioners herein,by considering the representations of the petitioners dated 18.12.2025 and 22.01.2026.
