ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the officials of the respondents 1 and 2 from in any manner preventing or disturbing the petitioner from running the bunk stall (Petty shop) more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition, based on the petitioner representation dated 28.02.2026.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 and 2 are now attempting to disturb the petitioner's running of the bunk stall (petty shop) at the address more fully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition. The petitioner claims that he is legally entitled to run the said bunk stall (petty shop) at the address more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2026 has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of 3rd respondent. 4.

The learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner does not have any legal right to run the bunk shop. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the said contention.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated above, are directed to be considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2026, seeking to forbear the officials of respondents 1 and 2 from in any manner preventing or disturbing the petitioner's running of the bunk stall (petty shop) at the address more fully
