When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the main Suit itself is disposed of by the Trial Court and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition challenging the order passed in I.A. No.6 of 2021 in O.S. No.116 of 2018, has become infructuous.
2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous as nothing survives for further adjudication. No costs.
