Writ Petition Nos.34995 and 34994 of 2005 : Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to re-employ the Petitioners as Conductor in the existing vacancies as per the Order of the Respondent dated 09.04.2002 before appointing any new person as conductor either by direct recruitment or otherwise, award costs.
