Seeking leave to sue the second respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application. 2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the first respondent is residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, the agreement inter se parties, said to have been executed within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, also stipulates a clause conferring jurisdiction upon this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and in the light of the earlier orders passed in similar cases, leave is granted.
