(CR.NO.670/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition in Para 4(c) to comply the Mohanur Police Station instead of complying before the stay at Kurur and report before Karur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.6491/2022 dated 23.03.2022 in Crime No.670/2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Erumapatti Police Station, Namakkal District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.PARAMESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6491 of 2022 by an order dated 22.03.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that, in view of the conditional bail granted to the petitioner in connected matter reporting before the Mohanur Police Station daily, he is unable to appear before the Karur Town Police Station daily as per the bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.6491 of 2022.

3. Taking note of the said fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required until further orders.
