2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's representation has already been considered by the 2nd respondent by passing final order dated 26.03.2024. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2023 has not been referred to in the order dated 26.03.2024, passed by the 2nd respondent.
4.In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the order dated 26.03.2024, passed by the 2nd respondent covers petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2023 as well. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instruction, is recorded. 5.Since the representation of the petitioner according to the official respondents has been considered and final order is passed by the 2nd respondent, necessarily the petitioner will have to challenge the order dated 26.03.2024 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 6.In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 26.03.2024 passed by the 2nd respondent, in the manner known to the petitioner under law, by filing appropriate proceedings.
