ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1891 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23399 of 2021 dated 23.02.2022, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1891 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23399 of 2021 dated 23.02.2022, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing final report, is relaxed.
