in O.S.A.(CAD)SR No.38111 of 2024 (Filing Number) M.SUNDAR, J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., [Order of the Court was made by K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.,] Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] is filed to dispense with production of certified copy of 'order dated 12.02.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity] passed in A.No.5610 of 2023 in Arb.O.P.No.509 of 2023.

2. Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel on record for petitioner/appellant is before this Court.

3. According to the petitioner, certified copies of impugned order is yet to be received and hence, the petitioner prays for allowing the captioned CMP. The reason is set out in paragraph No.15 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'15. I submit that I have applied for original copy of the order in the Registry of Hon'ble High Court and since I Page Nos.1/3

have not received the same and therefore, I may be permitted to file the web copy of the order dated 12.02.2024 passed by the learned Judge in A.No.5610 of 2023 in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.509 of 2023.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, we deem it appropriate to allow the captioned CMP.

4. Accordingly, captioned CMP is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
