ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.917 of 2020 on 07.02.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 P.M., for 30 days, and thereafter, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
