Mr.S.Santhosh Government Advocate (Criminal Side) (in all the cases) C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners herein involved in 12 cases of chain snatching and they were arrested by the respondent police. While granting bail, the Trial Court has imposed one of the conditions imposed on the petitioners to execute bond and two sureties each for a like sum, out of which, one surety must be a Government Servant. Expressing the difficulty in fetching 12 different Government Servants sureties for each of the cases.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that he may be permitted to furnish Government Servant sureties for all these cases and ready to execute separate bonds for each cases.

3. Considering the difficulties expressed by the petitioners for getting two sureties for each cases, the condition is modified to the effect that the condition is modified to the limited extent where the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2 Kallakurichi, shall accept the common sureties for all these cases and they shall furnish separate bonds for each cases for the amount specified in each cases.
