This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to alter the provisions of law under which the FIR is registered against the 2nd respondent/Accused in Crime No.77 of 2019 on the file of 1st respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.
