O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.376 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Section 306 of IPC.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.376 of 2016 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, on 15.03.2024.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
