ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6487 of 2020 dated 19.03.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the Thanjavur Town Police Station (East) daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition 6(b) is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
