ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7210 of 2020 dated 30.04.2020, the petitioners shall surrender their passport, if any, to the superintendent of the concerned prison, before release.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on 30.04.2020 this Court granted interim bail to the petitioners with some conditions, in which, one of the conditions is that the petitioners have to surrender their passport before their release. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner has lost his passport. As far as the second petitioner is concerned, his passport is in his native place i.e., Kerala. Therefore, he could not able to produce his passport as directed by this court. Hence he seeks modification for the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition 5(III) is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
