ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to consider petitioner's application dated 28.12.2018 as well as petitioner's application dated 18.10.2019 submitted to the respondents for issuing patta.

2. The application submitted by the petitioner dated 28.12.2018 seeking patta in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.2928, Re-survey & Town Survey No.2928, Block No.47, situated in Varadhammal Thottam, Purasawalkam, Chennai has been rejected by order dated 21.10.2020 in proceedings in Rc.No.A1/0165/2019, and the same has been duly communicated to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
