ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.02.2021, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the copy of typed set of papers to the respondents counsel and the Registry was directed to list the case on 01.02.2021 finally.

2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and it is submitted by the learned counsel for respondents R1, R2 & R7 that till date, no papers were served to them, by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Though this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to 2/4

serve the copy of typed set of papers to the respondents counsel, he has not served any papers to them. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute his case. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
