ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the revision petition dated 01.08.2022 filed by his mother, pending on the file of the 4th respondent.

2. Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the revision petition filed by the petitioner's mother is directed to be disposed of by the 4th respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the revision petition filed by the petitioner's mother. Page No.2 of 4

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the revision petition, dated 01.08.2022 filed by the petitioner's mother, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
