Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider, process and pass orders on the application dated 18.05.2015 submitted by the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for starting the respondent's proposed B.Ed. College in the name and style of "J.K.K.Natarajah College of Education" for conducting B.Ed. Course from the academic year 2016.- 17 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner Trust intended to start an Educational Institution offering course in B.Ed. and according to them the Institution is one of the reputed institutions in the locality. The decision taken to establish a new Institution was with a view to further expand its service. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted an application dated 18.05.2015 to the respondent and since they have to make a recommendation to the National Council for Teacher Education https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on or before 25.06.2015, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.Venkatesan, who accepts notice for the respondent.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the application dated 18.05.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 25.06.2015 and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
