ORDER
This Court, while disposing the writ petition in W.P.No.33888 of 2016, by order dated 28.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 28.09.2016 passed by this Court. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
