Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider, process and pass orders on the application dated 20.05.2015 submitted by the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for starting the respondent's proposed B.Ed. College in the name and style of "RD College of Education" for conducting B.Ed. Course from the academic year 2016.-17 on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner Trust have decided to establish a new College of Education and Accordingly, the petitioner submitted an application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 20.05.2015 to the respondent. The present writ petition is filed praying for appropriate orders to consider and dispose of the said application within a stipulated time.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that necessary orders have to be passed on or before 25.06.2015, otherwise, the petitioner Institution cannot be admitted the student for the Academit Years 2016-17 and hence, prays for appropriate orders.

4. Heard the submissions made by Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.Venkatesan, who accepts notice for the respondent.

5. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the application dated 20.05.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 25.06.2015 and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
