Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 in terms of circular letter No.13519/N/2015-1 dated 23.07.2015 batch of Writ Petitions order passed by the Hon'ble High Court Madras in Writ Petition W.P. Nos. 2436, 2471, 2570, 2572 and 2799 of 2011 and 29195 of 2010 and 5204 of 2011 dated 02.07.2012, W.P. No.6297 and 6298 of 2018, dated 13.02.2019, W.P. No.18982 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021, W.P.No.2820 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023, W.P. No.25050 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024, W.P.No.27495 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 and W.P.No.42311 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025 and post the petitioner in a far away place from the place of occurrence and post him in a nonsensitive post and dispose the representation. This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 in terms of circular letter No.13519/N/2015-1 dated 23.07.2015 batch of Writ Petitions order passed by the Hon'ble High Court Madras in Writ Petition W.P. Nos. 2436, 2471, 2570, 2572 and 2799 of 2011 and 29195 of 2010 and 5204 of 2011 dated 02.07.2012, W.P. No.6297 and 6298 of 2018, dated 13.02.2019, W.P. No.18982 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021, W.P.No.2820 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023, W.P. No.25050 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024, W.P.No.27495 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 and W.P.No.42311 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025 and post the petitioner in a far away place from the place of occurrence and post him in a non-sensitive post and dispose the representation."

2. The petitioner is working as a Village Administrative Officer, Periyammapalayam Village, Kunnam Taluk and Perambalur District. The petitioner would submit that one Mr.K.Kalaimani, son of Kandasamy, has given a false complaint on 12.05.2025, before the Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department, 3/7

Perambalur, stating that the petitioner has demanded money from him for issuing joint patta. Thereafter, a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.3 of 2025, by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department, Perambalur District, on 13.05.2025, under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018). Thereafter, the petitioner was placed under suspension by the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.Al/2595/2025, dated 14.05,2025.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the till date charge sheet has not been filed against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 12.01.2026 seeking to reinstate him in the service. However, there is no response from the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been in suspension from 14.05.2025 and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 has not been considered to date, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on its own merits, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a 4/7

copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
