This criminal revision is directed as against the conviction imposed in the judgment dated 25.04.2018 made in CA.No.16 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal by setting aside the acquittal made vide judgment dated 07.03.2017 in STC.No.174 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Thiruchengode.

2. When the matter was listed on 17.10.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 19.10.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 19.10.2022, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
